The purpose of this study was to realize the current difficulties and improvement ways of career guidance in Taiwan colleges´ Student Conseling Centers and the Centers of Graduate Practice and Placement Service. Seventy three Student Counseling Centers and eighty one Centers of Graduate Practice and Placement Service were investigated in this study. Instrument uned in this study was "Questionnaire of Current Career Guidance Difficulties and Improvement Ways in Taiwan´s colleges". Data obtained in this study were analysed by Kai-square and T-test.
There were fourteen main findings. Based on these findings, some implications were discussed and fourteen suggestions were also proposed.
