The purpose of this study was to test the creativity of Chinese University students, and its relations. 276 Taiwan Normal University students were served as subjects. A battery of instruments including Eugene Creative Quient (CQ), Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) Form A and Form B, Edwards Personality Preference Schedule(EPPS).
The obtained data were statistically treated by t-test, F test, Pearson product-moment correlation and Canonical correlation. The main findings were as follows:
(1) There were significant differences between male and Female in "problem solving", "wark attitude", "interpersonal relationships", "personality dimension". There were only "work attitude" significant differences among the different birth order. Among the age groups, there were significnt differents in "childhood-Adolescence", "problem solving", "Work attitude", "self-perception".
(2) There were relationships between Creative behavior and Flexibility. However, there was no significant influence of CQ on (TTCT) creativity.
(3)In CQ, there were a few variables related to the EPPS variables.
